FAQ

Is it really the same person every time?

Yes — that's the whole point. Your home is matched to one dedicated pro. If they're ever unavailable long-term, we introduce their replacement with a paid handoff visit.

What if I don't have tasks one month?

You will — our seasonal calendar fills every visit with the preventive work houses need (filters, detectors, gutters, winterization). Unused visits also roll over one month.

Are your pros employees or contractors?

ForeverKept pros are independent professionals who run their routes under our standards: background checks, liability insurance, PA contractor registration, and a minimum 4.7★ member rating.

What's the time cap?

Visits are 90 minutes of focused work. Bigger projects get a clear quote up front — no surprise bills, ever.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, month to month. Annual prepay members get 12 months for the price of 11.
